 Although most packages are shipping within 1-2 business days, Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location, as we are not responsible for stolen packages. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start working once shipping confirmation is emailed. 

Shipping info:

 You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package, any return packages will be subject to returned shipping fee. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and will not refund or replace items. Any questions regarding tracking of your packages should be directed to your local post office as we have no control over shipments once they are out of our hands.

Returns:

  • All returns will be for store credit only. Please contact us for approval on items you would like to return. 
  • If items have been approved for a refund, upon the return and inspection of returned items, you will receive a full item only refund.
  • All returns/exchanges must be done within 20 days of order receipt.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached. If items appear worn, have make up or any other stains, your return will not be excepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
  • Damages must be reported with in 3 days of receiving items. Please contact us at glacierroseboutique@gmail.com
  • If an item being returned or exchanged is determined damaged or is the result of another error on our behalf, we will gladly cover the return shipping expense and will ship the replacement free of charge. Otherwise the customer is responsible for these shipping costs.
  • Sale Items or flash sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
